remote feel lacking atmosphere
the rooms were spacious and clean the beds were comfortable
lots of kids were around it was like an american hotel in the morning. the rooms lacked atmosphere it was like an apartment complex.

romantic getaway
friendly staff secluded resort
the staff were friendly and helpful. i especially remember bouy, chanah, oii, and four (their names always bring a smile). the resort itself felt very secluded despite its central location.
the pool's jacuzzi function was not working . i felt this detracted from the overall relaxation experience.

The hotel's location is quite convenient. It is near nightlife, restaurants, shops, and the beach. all of these locations are within an easy walking distance, allowing guests to quickly reach nearby conveniences.

the room was quite large and well-suited for family stays. the room's size allowed everyone to comfortably move about and feel at home. the availability of a kids indoor playground added value for families.

the staff were consistently helpful, which i greatly appreciated. the service throughout the hotel was excellent. the overall cleanliness of the facilities was also well-kept.

a good stay
polite staff excellent service
the staff was courteous and friendly, they cared for every detail. bouy, chanah, oii, and four stood out (their dedication.). i especially enjoyed the wide range of choices available for breakfast and drinks near the bar. they provided excellent service.
i noticed the pool needed some maintenance, there were tiles missing. also, there was a limited number of sunbeds available, less than 20 for the whole hotel. i hope this is addressed soon.

the room was spacious, fitting our family comfortably and had a children's indoor playground. the family room also offers ample space for luggage and activities. it provided a comfortable setting for everyone.

the staff consistently kept everything clean and provided the best service. their attention to detail was evident in every interaction. the hotel offers really good care and responsiveness (i was impressed).

Wonderful Getaway
bright decor comfy bed kind staff beach towels
My room featured bright decor, a comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom. I found free beach bags and beach towels provided, so useful for trips to the beach. Kind staff accommodated every need. The location was very close to shops and restaurants, so I did some fun shopping.
The pool area did lack enough sunlight during certain times of the day.

Breakfast included a broad selection of dishes, from fresh fruit to hot entrees. The restaurant offered delicious Thai cuisine along with international favorites, with attentive service and appealing presentations. I enjoyed the dining.

The hotel featured a pool area, though sun may be partial at times, with ample loungers. The gym provided a decent selection of equipment for basic workouts with treadmills. There was also free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.

The hotel had a great location. Restaurants, shops, and the beach were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned very well each day.
The pool area seemed small to me. I did not find much privacy there. It felt congested (maybe it was just a busy day).

good amount nice breakfast bathroom mold dirty bed frame
breakfast had a good amount of choice.
i found mold in the bathroom and the bed frame was dirty, plus, the whole hotel need some maintenance and a clean.
