The room was spacious. It had appropriate amenities. The fridge was useful, and the wifi worked well. The hotel offered bottled water daily. The airport pick up was organized smoothly.
The breakfast was not good. Wasps were present around the jams and spreads. No one addressed this issue. The air conditioning in the room was VERY LOUD, repair work started before 7am.

amazing stay!

i stayed in room number one, it's right at the resort entrance! the ponds outside each room were so pretty, and the frog sounds at night were really peaceful. the room was super big, and the separate bath and shower felt very spacious! the bed was really comfy.
the air conditioning kept turning off after a while:! i had to get up many times to reset it because the remote wouldn't work. the breakfast quality was pretty poor, with limited options and not so great taste.

The breakfast buffet has lots of options. I saw variety with both asian and western selections. the restaurant and bar were conveniently located in front of the beach. the personnel was kind and always ready to help.

the resort is very well located, almost right on the beach. i made good use of the free kayak for an hour! the hotel grounds are quite lovely to stroll through. i found the staff to be very cute and helpful throughout my entire stay.

The jacuzzi villa was very spacious. i also enjoyed the fruitcake delivered right to our door. It was a really nice touch! the resort's location allowed easy access to the beach, which i loved. they even had a beautiful fruitcake!!!
The air conditioning didn't work as expected. The swing feature was broken. i found the free water salty. I think mineral water should be complimentary. i didn't appreciate the water.

The hotel's location on the beach was acceptable. It made accessing the shoreline quite easy.
the room i got was super damp! i could barely stand to be in there. i asked to switch to another room, but they told me there were none available. so i had to sleep in this smelly room.

The location is perfect with the beach so close. The room was spacious, offering a comfortable experience. Breakfast had fresh food, fruits, and pancakes. We really enjoyed the pools and proximity to many shops.
The resort does not sell alcohol. It must be purchased elsewhere. This was inconvenient as it would have been nice to enjoy drinks on the beachside terrace.
