I found the room clean and the staff friendly. Its location above a shopping center allowed quick access to cafes and restaurants. The hotel offered free parking, GREAT!!! I appreciated its modern rooms.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. Dave, the chef, even came and spoke with us every day we were at breakfast. The room was clean and fresh (I liked that). A shopping center was below the hotel. It was handy with great shops and restaurants.
I had trouble with the parking. It seemed complicated since there are few floors for hotel guests. The entrance was hard to find (the postcode on the website was wrong). A taxi had trouble finding the entrance, too.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they smiled when cute me. the location makes it easy to access the motorway. the facility seems fairly new.
i found a dirty cleaning cloth in the bathroom. a cup had lipstick on its rim. i put a slip on the door , but i didn't get a fresh towel. the shower had hair at its base.

i only received one key card, so my partner and i were inconvenienced. the receptionist was not very pleasant. some switches turned off both the lights and the bedside lamp, so i only used the bedside lamp.
