The room featured a great size with a large superior bed. The bedding was comfortable. The room was warm upon arrival. The additional breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The bathroom extractor fan was not working. The mirror steamed up when I wanted to shave. The restaurant was fully booked both on Friday and Saturday for a 6, 7 request. We got a table at 8.15 on the Saturday evening.

The staff were cute. Toni at reception was especially helpful. The room was easily accessible via the lift with my luggage. The bed was very comfortable, and I got a great night's sleep (which is not always easy for me!).

It was a wee bit tricky finding the car park initially.

originally from the area, i travelled from across the uk and enjoyed a great stay. the hotel room was very cute and clean, and the shower was excellent. the smart tv allowed easy sign-in and sign-out options for netflix and disney plus. i found easy car parking spaces available, near shops and restaurants.

the room design felt a little dated to me.

The room had some noticeable flaws. the grout in the shower had black areas. That was off-putting. i also couldn't get hot water one evening. I reported this, but it was still an issue. the first staff member seemed unprofessional with a weird outfit choice.
