great stay with minor hiccup

The staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. the hotel is very tidy. the menu offered a good selection of choices. The food was very good.
the windows did not shut completely after opening, due to security latches on the sides.

the beautiful double room was beautiful, with a comfortable, spacious layout and all necessary amenities provided. the bathroom was also super clean, and the powerful shower was a great addition, i enjoyed the size.

The staff members were amazing, offering very attentive and friendly service throughout the hotel. They went out of their way to ensure a positive experience. the reception staff were particularly lovely during check in, it was quick and efficient.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. They assisted with meal arrangements. the food was excellent. the waiting staff were efficient. management was friendly and experienced. our daughter and son-in-law received a lovely room upgrade. i have no hesitation in recommending this place for functions. I found the staff to be professional. the suite was spacious. i observed that the suite was clean. attention to detail was apparent throughout my stay. the romantic decor was noticeable in my well-equipped room. the overall ambiance of the place was beautiful. check-in was efficient and friendly. the lounge area features thoughtful décor. i noted a spiral staircase. artwork was present in my bedroom, with shutters on the windows, and a latch on the toilet door. these details enhanced the room. the evening meal was very good.
I was unable to connect to the wifi. i did get a decent 4g signal.

The location is easily accessible by major roads. i saw that the surrounding area includes well-kept gardens. there is ample parking available . I counted space for over 50 vehicles in the main lot.
