Fantastic stay near the river!

The location worked PERFECTLY. It was close to the city center. The room was nice and neat. Breakfast was REALLY good and had many options. Staff were friendly and cute.
The shower had no threshold, this caused water to flood the sink and toilet area, i think it is an easy fix.

The staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to ensure i felt welcome. Everyone, including reception, maintenance, cleaners, bar staff, and restaurant workers, was helpful. The service.!!

the location is certainly convenient with only a five-minute walk to the millennium bridge. the room was basic, it provided cleanliness and met my requirements for a short stay.
i found that paying extra for hotel parking was not ideal. i think this issue should be communicated more clearly to future guests.

the bed felt comfy and the bedroom had a spacious feel. the staff at reception was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast room staff was too.
The heater barely worked, so it did not heat the room properly. the pillows were also quite thin. More were needed. the toilet roll holder fell off and was not fixed.

The room had tab burns and dirt. Only one light worked in my room. The staff just brushed me off when I explained my concerns to them, and I did not appreciate it.
