charming stay

the staff were very cute and efficient. i explored the local area as the sun was shining, and the surrounding area needed to be observed. i'll definitely be revisiting and taking my grandchildren to beamish museum, literally next door.

the bedroom was very small , the bathroom was even smaller. there were no coat hangers so i could not hang dresses or shirts anywhere. the tea tray was not replenished .

The hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful, ensuring all needs were met. The service really added to my stay. The room was spacious and well-kept, a comfortable space for relaxation. I really enjoyed the excellent views from the windows. The natural light filled the room. The location provided a quiet atmosphere, contributing to a relaxing time.

The selection of television channels was slightly limited, this was a minor inconvenience.

inconsistent showerroom noise

I encountered a couple of issues . The shower temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated between hot and cold, a rather unpleasant experience. the noise from the adjacent room was noticeable. I could hear conversations and the TV, difficult to relax or fall asleep. It felt annoying.
