Breakfast included a full cooked option. This met my expectations.
Checking in was not smooth. I was left waiting for a staff member to notice me. The evening waiting staff were unattentive. They lacked basic skills. I wanted dessert but was not offered any.

I secured an upgrade to a garden room! I know that those rooms are more spacious and comfortable. The hotel includes a traditional design! I thought that the price was fair.
I found that the main public areas could benefit from some upgrades.
