i arrived and the beautiful house and gardens blew me away! inside, the antique furniture and eclectic style displayed the hosts' fabulous taste. a cosy warm room welcomed me. the fabulous hosts gave a tour. i recommend this b&b to anyone wanting a great location.

finding it proved difficult, as there was no sign indicating it was a b&b. the gates were shut. clearer signage or pre-visit information about parking would have helped tremendously.

the room had creative lighting, different and good! the four poster bed was full of character. the mattress felt so comfortable after a long travel day.

the breakfast table presentation resembled a five star hotel! it had a silver butter dish and silver tea and coffee pots. real ground coffee with real milk was available in the bedroom, along with bottled water.

The bedroom decor impressed me a lot. You notice the care given to this hotel. The bed was comfy. I slept soundly and felt very peaceful. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! I received it on fine china. Philip messaged me to confirm my dietary needs. He greeted me at the gate upon my arrival.

I noticed the absence of a sign indicating the address is a B&B, and the gates stayed shut. Clearer directions or pre-arrival instructions about parking would be helpful. I found finding the location slightly difficult upon my initial arrival.

The breakfast included a full English option. It was wonderful. The hosts were friendly. The hotel had a unique and quirky style I liked.

It was not clear where the free parking was. The rooms were rather dark, even with the lighting. Cobwebs were present in my room, I think it needs a deep clean.
