convenient and clean stay
great location modern room
the hotel's location is great with the underground station across the street. the room was very clean and modern this helped to. i also liked the lounge area with tea and coffee all day.
the mattress in the room could be improved as it felt quite cheap. noise from doors closing in nearby rooms was easily heard and quite disturbing. this affected the overall quality of sleep .

the hotel has a sweeping staircase and a lift for access to upper floors. a lounge area offers complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day this is a very welcome addition. on-site parking is available and this provides convenience with vehicles.

the hotel is directly opposite a bus stop and very close to the underground station. this makes access to different parts of the city very easy. holland park is also nearby providing green space and recreational opportunities.

the staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful . they were very cute on arrival and provided quick assistance. the concierge at the door was particularly lovely and always greeted guests warmly.

i appreciated the plentiful breakfast with adequate choice. it was great to have the lift to get up the internal stairs. the room was wonderfully clean.

The location proved great for exploring. The room was very spacious and clean. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
