I found the location great (there is a pub right across the road). I also liked the excellent showers. The room was comfortable, and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect to go to the tube.

The location is convenient with easy access to public transport. I could quickly reach the city center. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed and coffee. There was also bottled water provided in the room.
The shower was stuck on boiling hot. I was not able to use it and had to shower elsewhere. The toilet seat needs fixing as it's broke. Some of the decor needs tidying up.

the staff was helpful. I liked the secure parking because it gave me peace of mind. The Wetherspoons across the street made meals convenient and affordable.
the room was a little SMALL. i found a few things BROKEN. i didn't like that the fan was broken and also the tv didn't work. THERE weren't many plug sockets in the room.

the staff are friendly and helpful. entry and exit after hours are easy. the hotel is right next to a proper pub, which adds charm. the room are above a pub with life music, it didnt bother me.
the tv wouldn't work properly. volume on tv i couldn't hear.

the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. tea bags and milk tubs added daily. towels changed 3 days out of 4. the room was spacious with super comfy beds.
