spacious room sea view amazing staff
i appreciated the spacious room. it had a beautiful sea view. the staff member at the restaurant was amazing. the swimming pools looked very good.

Very nice Krabi Escape!
giant garden awesome pool luxurious room
This resort features giant and awesome gardens as well as pools. The private beach is very accessible. I was impressed by the room. It felt luxurious. The resort provides bus service to Ao Nang beach. This is very convenient considering the hotel's location away from built-up areas.
I noticed the lack of pool supervision. Staff leave towels directly with clients. They seemed less attentive than I expected for a luxury hotel.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area with a private beach. This made it a really relaxing spot. A free shuttle runs to Ao Nang for busier days. I enjoyed the quieter location away from typical tourist crowds.

Breakfast is served near the reception area. I thought the food tasted good. I observed that the pastries were not particularly fresh. Other hotels I have stayed at offered a wider selection of items.

The resort features both an adult-only pool and a family pool. I saw the family pool has jets for relaxation. I considered the pool bar to be an excellent addition. There are kayaks available to use.

The hotel's gardens were wonderfully maintained. Two swimming pools allowed for relaxation. Direct beach access offered AMAZING convenience. Staff members displayed really good helpfulness.
The shuttle service schedule was somewhat infrequent, limiting flexibility for off-site dining and exploration.

The room had an overpowering musty smell. I also found numerous ants inside, even crawling on food. The on-site dining options were limited and underwhelming, I felt the quality did not match the price.

My room, the Garden Pool Villa, was a real highlight. The villa offered direct access to a private pool. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to a quiet, secluded beach. Breakfast had a good selection too.
