no air conditioning small fan
The hotel had a well-equipped gym. I did appreciate that.
the room felt far too hot! there was no air conditioning, and opening the windows was impossible. they gave me a small fan, it did nothing. the humidity made it hard to breathe.

helpful staff quiet area fresh goods attentive service
the staff was helpful. the grounds had ample parking in a quiet area. the breakfast included fresh baked goods and fruit. i found the service very attentive at all times.

convenient location spacious room meal service buffet breakfast
the location worked very well for my travel plans. i found my room spacious and the bed a joy. i was happy that there was an on-site restaurant and that room service was available. the buffet breakfast had many options and there was also cooked-to-order meal service too.
i noticed a sign that mentioned i could let the staff know if anything was amiss and i am writing this review because no one contacted me after my stay to discuss my concerns

the receptionists were amazing and helpful throughout my trip. the bar and waiting staff were very friendly and efficient, attending my requests swiftly. i liked how they were very cute and wanted to ensure i had a great experience.

underwhelming stay
brick wall view misleading information
the breakfast provision was excellent , with well-trained staff.
when i raised this , i was informed that 'de luxe' meant standard room , which was misleading. we were moved , but the initial placement was unacceptable.

friendly staff clean room late gym no air conditioning
the staff were very friendly from check in to the bar staff. the room was very clean and i enjoyed my one night stay (i visited wolves races).
the gym opening time at 07:00 is too late. i also noticed a lack of air conditioning in the room, a drawback.
