i found the staff cute upon arrival and throughout my stay the ground floor room i had was well equipped and warm. the hotel also provided reliable wifi, which allowed me to stay connected.
the room was located very close to a busy main road i experienced some noise i thought the website indicated that the rooms were soundproofed, but this did not seem to be the case .

The room had both a fan and a working air conditioning unit. It made the temperature very comfortable. i really enjoyed eating in the hotel both evenings. the lamb rogan josh from the menu tasted delicious. the outside areas were spacious, and i appreciated the ample seating to sit outside.
i noticed a lot of stains on the carpet on the stairs and in my room. also, i could smell stale cigarette smoke in the room, which i found unpleasant. the noise from the traffic kept me up a bit at night.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities. a tv was also present. a large parking lot sits on the hotel for those with cars. this made access to surrounding areas easier.

The staff were helpful! they prepared breakfast with warm options in the restaurant. the food at the restaurant tasted very good and that was practical. everyone was so nice, friendly, and attentive. I felt very welcome.

i enjoyed my stay in the standard double room the room was spacious and very clean the lovely staff created a great atmosphere breakfast included a full english i found perfectly cooked with just enough portions.
the carpet in the stairs had some stains that were noticeable.
