good sizelovely viewrain headbroken lift
my room was a good size for the location, i had a lovely view from the window, it was super! options for food and transport are many. i appreciated the rain head in the shower! i had to ask for a kettle, but they did have one. it was great!
i wish the lift was working, its going up and down those stairs. my knees didn't love it, even though i am fit. others struggled more i saw!

The staff were friendly, and they gave good directions to public transportation. They seemed genuinely interested in our sightseeing plans.
The lift was not working , inconvenient. My room was on the fifth floor, and I had to wait for someone to open the door at times.. This happened multiple times, which became annoying.

I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They gave good directions to nearby public transportation locations. They showed genuine interest in what I saw each day. The room decoration was very nice and featured a large window. I enjoyed sitting there and watching the street below.
