the room was a bit small but i was fine with this since i was traveling alone.

The staff were friendly, and they gave good directions to public transportation. They seemed genuinely interested in our sightseeing plans.
My room was on the fifth floor, and I had to wait for someone to open the door at times.. This happened multiple times, which became annoying.

I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. They gave good directions to nearby public transportation locations. They showed genuine interest in what I saw each day. The room decoration was very nice and featured a large window. I enjoyed sitting there and watching the street below.
