poor welcomethick carpets
The welcome i received upon arrival did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. i had to request assistance with my luggage. It reminded me of an imposition. also the hallway carpets are thick making it hard to roll luggage. the three steps in the hallway could be better if they were replaced with a ramp.

wonderful stay!

the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. our room had fine facilities like the photos showed. the hotel is very close to the arc de triomphe and champs-elysees, just a few minutes walk away!
The hallway carpets are very thick. It was difficult to roll luggage.
