I found the staff so kind and ready to help. rooms were very clean. I could relax EASILY. location worked so well for access to local shops and dining. Every moment felt special. a special thanks to those who handled luggage.
I felt the walls were somewhat thin. i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms. this made it harder to fully unwind, especially in the evenings. Sound isolation could improve the overall experience.

i found the staff helpful. mahir and emra especially offered great assistance. they addressed my needs promptly. i also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the convenient location near shops and public transportation.
the street near the hotel felt a little cramped due to its narrowness.

i found the staff very polite and helpful. the breakfast offered many good choices, including fresh juice and pastries. water and coffee were available in the room, which i appreciated. i enjoyed having a welcome dessert.
the road next to the hotel was quite narrow and made parking difficult. it did not impact my overall stay significantly. though
