street noise unstocked minibar
My stay had a couple of hiccups. The minibar wasn't restocked daily as expected, a minor inconvenience but still noticeable. the noise from the street was louder than I anticipated. I could hear traffic well into the night. It made getting a restful sleep a bit of a challenge.

wonderful stay!
friendly staff airport transport clean room
the staff was friendly and helped with everything i needed. i really appreciated the help with transport from the airport and back. also, the rooms had cleaning daily and thoroughly, which i enjoyed a lot.
the lift seemed a little small, but it wasn't a major problem.

the spa offers massages and other treatments, i saw many people enjoying it. there's music playing in the lobby, and it really adds a nice touch to the ambience, so nice.

the location was perfect i think. it was a safe area, so i never felt unsafe. the hotel is near many attractions, so i was able to explore a lot.

breakfast had many options available , including fresh items and flavorful dishes. i noticed that a lady named gülten was working there, and she was really nice to guests, i liked her a lot.

the rooms were very comfortable and clean with nice styles. i got enough towels and soaps and everything was replenished every day. the bed were amazing and big, i liked them.

the location was acceptable.
the room was not up to par. the mirror in my room was broken. the walls seemed to suffer from moisture damage, it was not pleasant.

A Good Stay with Really good Service
attentive staff really good service ideal location
The staff was always attentive and helpful. Zoha provided really good service and guidance. The location was ideal, with access to many shops and the Nişantaşı shopping area. The smooth check-in process made settling in easy.
The room's noise levels were quite high. I could hear disturbances frequently. This made it hard to fully relax at times. I hope soundproofing improvements happen soon.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the Osmanbey metro station. Taksim Square and Nişantaşı are also accessible by foot. Many shops are within walking distance from the hotel. Made exploring the local area simple.

The room featured spacious windows. The city view was a nice backdrop. Complimentary water and personal hygiene items were supplied in the bathroom. This added extra comfort.

The team, including Hilal, Umut, and Zoha, are helpful and supportive. The cleaning staff were polite always and served with a smile. The restaurant team showed themselves as very kind.

central location friendly staff nice balcony bathroom odor small room erratic heater
the location is central near many shops the staff was friendly and helpful i had a junior suite sea view the room had a nice balcony with a view of the water the hotel also had a spa which i enjoyed.
the bathroom had a slight odor i think it was from the sewer system the room was a bit small for a suite i had some trouble with the heater it was erratic

Adequate Hotel Stay
helpful staff perfect location clean rooms small lift malfunctioning switches no room change
During my visit, the hotel staff was really helpful. Umit and Zoha assisted me with kindness. They were very supportive. The location proved perfect. The rooms were clean.
The lift felt too small. I had taken a Junior Suite, and the switches did not function. I was forced to sleep with all the lights on because the air conditioning was switching off automatically with the lights. They did not change my room.
