the location was great. i walked to many historic sites nearby. the breakfast had lots of choices! i really liked the variety.

The staff arranged an airport transfer for me. it was efficient and reliable. The breakfast was very nice. everything i needed was within a fifteen minute walk.
i found the pool quite small. the sauna was not hot enough.

The advertised spa was closed upon arrival. this alternative spa was subpar. It hardly made up for the inconvenience. also, the shower wasn't particularly clean. This oversight is unacceptable.

The staff was SOOOO gentle. They greeted me with a smile. The location is better than expected. There were GREAT restaurants around for shopping and sweets.
The breakfast was limited. The furniture is old. I found the view disappointing. I think the spa was closed .

non-functional saunamold smell
The advertised spa was disappointing. The sauna was out of service . The Turkish bath lacked sufficient heat, had non-functional installations, and smelled strongly of humidity and mold (unpleasant!).
