a haven of balinese charm

i found the gardens so very beautiful and tranquil. it felt very much like a true balinese atmosphere. the pool was large and inviting, with many sun loungers available. staff were helpful with our luggage.
the rooms are bit outdated. maybe the hotel could use a little refresh.

the resort had an excellent location, near the beach. i could easily walk to shops and restaurants. it was a short walk to the beachfront walkway. convenience was definitely a plus.

beautiful gardensspacious pool areawide selection
the gardens were beautiful and very well maintained i found a quiet corner to read there the first day. i liked the pool area it was spacious and clean the water was refreshing after a day in the sun. the breakfast included a wide selection of food including fresh fruit and local dishes which i enjoyed trying each morning.
the gym was small and some of the equipment seemed a little dated it could use some upgrading

the hotel provided convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants several convenience stores were within a short walking distance. lippo mall was just around the corner offering a larger supermarket and a variety of dining options the beach was also easily accessible.

the staff were very friendly and helpful i felt welcome. they promptly addressed any questions i had and were always willing to assist with directions or recommendations. i appreciated their attentiveness and genuine smiles throughout my stay.

my room was well kept and comfortable the bed was large and the linens were fresh. i had a balcony overlooking the gardens which was peaceful. the bathroom was clean and included all necessary amenities.

the staff prepared a birthday cake for me (i was surprised).
The room i had was quite dirty. there was hair and dust in the bathroom when i took a bath. the shower head faced the wall. I could not move it without holding it.
