adequate stay with some minor issues

the rooftop pool was a definite highlight. it offered great city views. the location was very convenient as well because it was close to the metro. the reception staff were professional and helpful during check-in.
i encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the room. it was locked at 19 degrees celsius and difficult to adjust. i found the cleanliness around the breakfast area lacking. some windows were dirty and parts of the floor seemed loose.

the staff was accommodating and friendly all requests were met without fuss
i had an issue with the electricity in my room the power had gone off maintenance only partly fixed it the following morning all the plugs were dead the hotel offered no apology and didn't even offer a complimentary breakfast

the staff at breakfast were great and offered attentive service.
the air conditioning did not work properly in my room. it was very hot and difficult to sleep, even though it was not warm outside. i found this particularly disappointing.
