yasa agung's professionalism stood out. He ensured my needs were met. i felt very reassured after my long day, he had such a gentle demeanor. the restaurant offers great food, it has many options.

the room was a bit small. i also noticed there was some noise from the street.

the staff was super friendly. they assisted with taxi arrangements to the airport with no effort. i am grateful for the restful sleep i had before my long flight.

the traffic noise from the main road was quite noticeable. the pillows were too large, they weren't comfortable. the toilet door in my room did not close properly, it lacked privacy.

the room faced a very busy road. noise made sleep difficult and the bathroom cleanliness was not the best i seen. the shower didn't have enough hot water, disappointing.
