The staff was friendly and always wore smiles.
I found the room rather dark because of the bathroom's position near the poolside. This limited natural light to the balcony door. The bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also not great quality, needing upgrades soon.

the pool area was quite nice. it was a lovely sanctuary and the plants looked amazing. the tours offered at reception were also very good. i booked a boat trip (arranged by the hotel in advance).
the room was quite dark (due to the layout). the bathroom is positioned in a small room poolside. this only leaves the door to the balcony providing natural light. the bed mattress was also very hard and uncomfortable.

My room was alright, I guess. the bathroom wall was just.. DIRTY. there were stains and I don't even want to know what it was. wifi WAS SLOW. I couldn't even load a simple webpage. I had to go to the lobby just to check my email. REALLY annoying.

The pool area had a swim-up bar. I found the cocktails cheap and nice. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Beautiful green plants surrounded the whole place. Tuk-tuks were always available outside for transport.
The louvre door to the wet room did not allow much noise privacy. Showers were quick, as the floor by the wc became wet. I disliked the shower mat. It looked like a dog mat and had paw prints all over it.

The room was big with two double beds and an open wardrobe. I found three hangers in the wardrobe. This was suitable for my short visit.

I enjoyed the food, cooked to European tastes. It was replenished when needed. This showed good attention to detail, we loved it. The restaurant service was prompt.

the hotel welcomed me warmly. the rooms are nice, and i was surprised by a fruit plate for my birthday. the poolside cocktails tasted wonderful. the pool water was perfect
the hotel is not near shops. i needed a taxi to get to stores, a bit inconvenient, it added travel time

the hotel staff showed a genuine care and were very attentive. they always greeted guests warmly and were very eager to help with requests.
