fantastic stay and perfect service
excellent variety of foodsfriendly staffknowledgeable guide
i really enjoyed the breakfast options available. there was an egg station and a variety of other foods. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with arranging tours. i also liked that they spoke english very well. they helped me book a private tour to angkor wat with a knowledgeable guide and driver. it was a highlight of my trip.
i did notice the ac wasn't as strong as i would have liked.

the hotel is located centrally, close to the city center. i found it convenient, because it was a short walk to the markets and pub street. this made exploring the area easy and accessible. shops were nearby.

my room included a balcony, a nice feature. the room was clean and seemed well-kept. i appreciated the khmer decor that added a unique touch. the bed was large.

the staff were professional and always ready to help. i found their attentiveness stood out. they were so kind and courteous, always smiling and available to assist with any needs.

Breakfast offered plenty of options. I never felt limited in my choices. the food quality seemed high, especially with the variety available. the restaurant service matched the hotel's service standards. i enjoyed the roof bar.

a lovely hotel with a perfect location
mahogany woodcomfortable bedfresh towelsshower design
the reception area looked fine with dark mahogany wood everywhere. our beautiful king room was big enough and had a comfortable bed. free bottles of water were provided daily, a nice touch, along with fresh towels (it's the little things!).
the bathroom didn't seem to have a proper door. there were two showers, one over the bath and one free-standing. i'm not sure if the free-standing shower is necessary as it seemed to allow water to spread everywhere.

the staff offered genuinely warm, polite, and friendly service throughout my stay. they were always ready to assist with any requests i had. their attentive support.
