Acceptable stay, but some issues need addressing

The room was very clean.
It required two trips to get all my luggage down for checkout. I found the request for cash for the city tax inconvenient since I rarely carry cash. They did agree to charge the city tax with a 10% fee eventually (which i found ridiculous).
