Fantastic stay near the ferry!

helpful staffspacious suitelighting optionsindoor storage
The staff were very helpful and gave a warm welcome. My suite was spacious, very clean, and warm. It included a bath and separate shower, a comfortable sofa area, and an adjoining dressing room that also had a desk and dressing table (very useful!). Lighting options were excellent, with a mix of lamps and overhead lights.
I couldn't find any way to store my bicycle indoors overnight. After a long discussion, it remained impossible. They told me it would disturb the other guests if I left early in the morning. I didn't see any other guests , strange.

Acceptable Stay

The room had a coffee machine and biscuits, a nice touch. A dressing gown was also available in the room. The location was convenient to the ferries and the town was easily accessible. The hotel was clean.
The staff took an inordinate amount of time checking me in. This was a bit frustrating. There was no option to store my bicycle inside during the night! The staff told me it would disturb the other guests, though I did not see any other guests .
