some issues encountered
non-functional remotecold food
the tv remote didn't work. i asked for help, but nothing changed. also, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. the selection wasn't great, and the hot food was cold, this started my day in a bad way.

faulty thermostathigh noise
i found the temperature control in my room to be practically nonexistent. it was like the thermostat was just there for decoration because i couldn't adjust the temperature no matter what i tried. the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. also, the noise levels were quite high, both from inside the hotel and from the street outside. i guess they don't really enforce any kind of noise policy.

the bed was comfortable. the decor had a very cool style. the location offered a short walk, less than ten minutes, to george square.
the sink in the bathroom drained slowly, i found this unpleasant. i would have preferred more seating in the room. there was only one small stool available in my twin room.
