Amazing Medina Oasis
helpful orientation delicious dinner hospitable staff sun terrace
Laurent greeted us with helpful city orientation. Fatema cooked delicious dinners with tagines and spring rolls. The staff acted hospitable and cute. Our family room included ornate ceiling decorations and plenty of space. I really enjoyed the shared spaces like the sun terrace with its plants.

The riad is near Tinsmiths Square. I found it is an ideal starting point. Exploring the Medina and souks seemed easy from the location, so nice.

a nice stay!
helpful staff atlas mountains mint tea
I loved my three nights at this riad. the staff were pretty good too assist with directions and recommendations. i particularly appreciated the mint tea upon arrival. the terrace offered fine views of the atlas mountains. This was perfect for relaxation.
the narrow streets leading to the riad presented a slight challenge, especially at night. brighter lighting in those areas would definitely enhance the experience.

The staff provided a warm welcome and were available for any request. hussein offered helpful tips about local attractions and transportation. printing boarding passes was handled efficiently. They also arranged coffees on the terrace.

Breakfast included a generous continental selection. I was able to enjoy it earlier to accommodate my day trips. i booked a private dinner, it was AMAZING!!! i highly recommend that.

the beautiful room featured comfortable bedding and the room was very clean. the ensuite shower offered plenty of hot water, which i always appreciate. vintage musical artifacts gave the room a quirky and homely feel.

pretty decor pool table peaceful rooftop uneasy feeling solo traveler two keys
the riad had pretty decor, i thought every item was thought out. there was even a pool table to play. the rooftop was a great place for some sun and it was peaceful too.
as a solo traveler, the riad felt uneasy when traveling back at night. it is a safe riad once inside. i did not like that they came into my room when i was out. so i told them that when i get there so they are aware. once i let them know i dont think they came into my room. i noticed they would come into the room even with a lock. they have two keys.

The staff were helpful. They assisted with directions.
The room had problems. The shower drain was CLOGGED, and water pooled on the floor. the air conditioning was WEAK.
