great english excellent english helpful staff lumpy pillows low water pressure limited breakfast
I was happy about the location near the souks. A 20-minute walk was manageable. the staff spoke excellent english, so communication was easy. i really appreciated that the reception booked an excursion for me and confirmed the tour operator.
I found the pillows very lumpy, made sleeping uncomfortable. the shower had low water pressure, and the temperature fluctuated from hot to cold. there were limited savory options for breakfast. I wished there were eggs.

helpful staff quiet location taxi arrangement
I appreciated the helpful staff. They quickly arranged taxis upon request. The quiet location allowed me to relax. It was also convenient to walk to the souks and other attractions.
The breakfast menu was a little limited , not very varied.

i found the staff very attentive to my needs. the breakfast included coffee. i noted that the gentleman at reception booked an excursion. the bed was comfortable offering a good night's rest after a day of exploration.

The staff offered helpful assistance with directions. They also facilitated taxi bookings. Breakfast was included and provided good coffee.
The riad is situated quite far from the market. The distance made it necessary to take a taxi especially at night. The room proved noisy. It faced the street and endured constant noise from passing motorcycles.

inconvenient location strange smell
the staff were helpful and cheerful. the air conditioning worked well in my room.
I found the location to be quite inconvenient. It's a long walk to the main square, about 25 minutes. the bed linen had a strange smell. It resembled mustard oil or something similar. the wifi was practically unusable.
