The breakfast was amazing.. it featured homemade dishes of excellent quality. i also found the staff friendly and service-minded. They were always available. the location is also great, because it is within walking distance of everything i wanted to see.
the selection of dishes for lunch and dinner felt somewhat limited.

a real gem!
gorgeous designcomfortable bedfresh sheetsabsent lock
the design is gorgeous and the beds are comfortable! the shower was large with strong water pressure, and it was always hot. the staff cleaned the room each day after we left, made the bed, and gave us fresh sheets. i enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and they even offered to make any style of eggs i wanted.
i noticed the absence of locks on the doors, a bit unusual. i hope they consider adding them for added security.

the hotel is within the medina, yet it remains a very peaceful location. it provides a quiet escape, despite being easily accessible from the main areas. it is also reachable by foot, made exploring convenient.

The staff were very friendly and always accommodating to my needs. they really put in the effort to communicate and pick me up from the airport. That was very helpful. also, they provided a porter service to collect me and my luggage.

breakfast was served on the rooftop. the selection was plentiful, and the staff were cheerful plus obliging. i had dinners there as well, and the meals were nice and prepared with care.

There are two swimming pools, one on the rooftop and another downstairs. the hotel features authentic, handmade details, which add to its charm. hammam is also available. I recommend it for a relaxing experience.

The staff escorted me anytime I asked. I felt safe exploring. I found the room matched the pictures online. It was lovely. The hotel arranged stress-free taxi and trips. Made it easy. I suggest drop-off and pick-up at the school. It is an eight-minute walk.
My room had a slight unpleasant odor coming from the sink. It was something I noticed.
