The staff were amazing and always available. they were really good to ensure i had everything i needed. the location was superb. It was so peaceful and relaxing, providing such a nice escape after a busy day. i really appreciated the decor, it created such a romantic atmosphere.
the alley leading to the riad felt a bit unsafe at night. it was dark and secluded, and i sometimes felt uneasy walking alone.

the air conditioning wasn't cooling enough. there was no bin in the room. there was only one pool, not two as described.

Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Design

The staff were kind and cute. The mint tea and breakfast were excellent. The hotel is in the Medina so everything was nearby. The design showed attention to detail. It felt peaceful and calm. The rooftop terrace provided a great space to begin the day.
The alley leading to the hotel got quite dark at night.

i found the location very convenient it was in the center of the medina. the staff always acted friendly and happy to help, that was great! i needed to print my boarding pass, and they helped arrange a taxi to the airport for me. they even let me relax on the rooftop and served me some morrocan tea while i waited for the taxi, its awesome.
the bathroom door was way too low. i hit my head a few times, it really hurts! the door was faulty so it wouldn't close without force. those things annoyed me a lot.
