The staff provided airport transfers. This was helpful since I would not have found my way otherwise. Our room was perfect and beautifully decorated (loved the details!). Breakfast was also really good.
The location was hidden away. It was easy to get lost in the souks. Our room had a bad smell and no real help was offered. A reed diffuser was provided only on the third day of my stay, but it did not mask the smell.
