beautiful courtyardkind staff
The courtyard was a beautiful space and relaxing. i found the staff very kind and polite. They were always available to help. the breakfast was very yummy. it included different varieties.

the room wasn't great for the price i paid pictures didn't show one bedroom lacked windows and air conditioning it felt musty and smelled moldy air conditioning was far from the sleeping area and didn't work well service was lacking staff was friendly but rarely seen i expected more for the price

The riad's courtyard was just amazing. I found it relaxing. the staff was super kind. ibrahim and abdu were so helpful with everything! mariam always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast was so yummy!!!
The dinner was slightly overpriced. I got just a few veggies to share with the meat eaters.

the breakfast included pancakes and cake plus tasty yogurts, such a treat! the riad accommodated my request to eat inside so i could escape the insects. the fresh ingredients made every morning special!

The staff arranged a taxi for my departure. The courtyard was very beautiful. I appreciated the breakfast, there were many food and drink options. The location allowed easy access to the main square and new town.

The breakfast included amazing fresh orange juice and i love it! There were also pancakes, bread, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and tea. The food tasted delicious and the staff accommodated dietary needs. Dinner ON the first night was also superb.

The hotel is a short walk from the souks and Jemma El Fna. The area felt pretty safe. Getting lost led us to residential streets. Taxis are readily available near the medina gate closest to THE riad.

I found this riad surpassed expectations for my trip! the green courtyard and quietness were much appreciated. the staff was super kind and always smiling. They gave valuable advice. i especially liked mohammed who helped place a delivery order when i came back late.
I noticed the pool wasn't very clean. This was a small disappointment for me.

the riad is within the medina but located away from the main bustle. main sights are accessible on foot, which i found helpful for exploring. i felt safe walking around.

the hotel features a well kept garden, i observed with orange trees, lush plants, and a swimming pool. there are games and books available in the common area, which i thought was a nice touch. tortoises live on the hotel.

the location is less than ideal. i got lost because i got no help from staff. finding someone to pay and checkout took at least 10 minutes. the checkin process was very confusing and communication was difficult.
