I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The homemade dinner was excellent (I especially enjoyed the tagine!). The air conditioning in the room is a must during the Summer months. A room on the main floor is also a great option if you prefer.
I think that breakfast was not particularly exciting.

The rooftop restaurant provides a view of the Medina. I had amazing Moroccan breads as part of the breakfast. Mint tea is available and is refreshing. The breakfast area also has sunbeds for lounging during the day.

My room included a very comfy bed. I found the premises super clean every day. Cleaning products created a pleasant smell. The Standard Double Room had a bathtub.

The location is in the Medina. Narrow paths provide an experience of walking like locals. It is easy to get lost like tourists. The riad is located on the quieter side of the Medina.

The staff was very helpful. They provided lots of advice about the local culture. The staff helped book spa appointments. A driver collected me to take me to it (it was a seamless process!).

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the courtyards are lovely. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i felt quite welcome there.
the walk to the riad from the main road was very quick, but dark alleyways are not great.

the riad is close to many great places. taxi stands are a short walk away. the hotel's location in the medina made it easy to walk to everything i wanted to see.

the room was beautiful and reasonably sized. the furnishings added charm. the main seating area was directly opposite the room, but it was not ideal.

the riad has three pools. the rooftop terrace offers a lovely space for breakfast. the pools were perfect for cooling down after a hot day.
