Quiet GEM
lovely decorfriendly staffbreakfast serviceground floor
I REALLY liked the decor. The staff was kind and efficient. I got to CHOOSE a room on the ground floor. The tea at breakfast was great.
The pool only had a few chairs.

The location IS good. It is a two-minute walk to the heart of the medina down the tiny alley. The hotel is in a quiet area for resting away from medina noise.

The breakfast was simple. I asked for English breakfast tea at breakfast. I tried a chicken tagine. It tasted amazing the first night.

The rooms are large. They include excellent facilities. The rooms are very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy .

The rooftop area is lovely beside the palace walls. The riad is beautifully decorated with seating areas. There is a nice pool on the roof terrace. The hotel includes a roof terrace.

The staff are so kind. They are ALWAYS ready to help. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. The staff are efficient. Transportation was arranged quickly.
