Fantastic Medina Stay!

The rooms had good size and a lovely view over the pool. I liked the fabulous pool area a lot. The furniture had a quirky and interesting design. The breakfast was delicious and substantial, which I appreciated.
The shower pressure was unfortunately quite weak. It was a little disappointing, but did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel is located inside the medina, providing convenient access. Major attractions of the city were nearby, allowing easy exploration. Many nice restaurants were also within walking distance, very practical.

The hotel offered a relaxing pool with comfortable robes and towels . There were great roof terraces. Airport transfers were available, taking the stress out of navigating the medina.

Mixed feelings about my stay
weak showerunusable safe
The shower pressure was INADEQUATE. I found this disappointing (i DO expect a decent shower). The safe in my room was locked, and despite the staff trying different keys, it remained unusable throughout my stay. This meant i had to carry valuables with me. The staff tried to assist, but their efforts did not solve the problem.

the staff helped us with taxi transfers upon arrival, this was very useful. rooms were thoroughly cleaned each day. the pool area was great! we felt safe leaving our luggage there on our last day.

the location is spot on, within walking distance of the main sights. the riad is peaceful once you are inside! it is located in a busy area, so i felt safe at all times.

Breakfast was delicious and always varied! different, delicious cakes were served each morning. each morning we enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard. It was filled with beautiful plants and designer furniture.

The pool area has a jet that provides a current to swim against. the upper terraces offer really good views. They provide a calm area to take time away from the city. a spa treatment is available.
