the riad offered a centrally located rooftop terrace. breakfast was served at the time i wanted and included complimentary mint tea. mohammad at the front desk was helpful. he delivered an really good service throughout my stay.
i found noise traveled easily between rooms due to thin walls. the doorbell could be heard throughout the riad and affected the tranquility i expected.

the staff provided assistance with taxi arrangements and local guidance. they arranged prompt pickups and drop-offs for planned outings. a welcome tea service with traditional moroccan mint tea was offered upon arrival and was quite refreshing.

The breakfast was good (especially the mint tea).
The room I booked, a Junior Suite, did not match the pictures online. It felt old and like it was falling apart. I could hear a lot of noise from neighbors, even their children, due to poor soundproofing.

i found the staff consistently friendly and always available to assist with any requests. breakfast offered varied options each morning and i could order at my preferred time. dinner cooked by the staff was amazing, with authentic dishes i particularly enjoyed.
the tea and coffee in my room were not refilled daily. also, i occasionally saw a small cockroach. it would have been better to have clarification about payment for the luggage transporter beforehand, as i was unaware i needed cash for this service.

i adored the central courtyard, filled with plants and a peaceful fountain. breakfast included fresh fruit , yogurt, and local pastries, all served in a good setting. i appreciated the rooftop terrace , a wonderful place to relax. the staff arranged a reliable airport transfer, offering a smooth arrival and departure.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the riad , specifically on the rooftop.

the location was acceptable and made access to certain parts of the city easy.
The room cleaning was sub-par. I found dust and debris under the bed. furthermore, noise from neighboring rooms was very disturbing, i could hear conversations clearly. this lack of soundproofing impacted my sleep quality a great deal.
