helpful staff exquisite decor fresh breakfast
the staff was very helpful, greeting me and assisting with taxi arrangements. the riad features exquisite decor with authentic moroccan touches, it added charm. breakfast included fresh fruit and delicious pancakes everyday.
the doormen was occasionally absent, causing a slight delay one night.

the team offers prompt assistance and always are ready to help. staff welcomed me with fruit juice plus traditional pastries upon arrival. their friendly demeanor.

the riad presents spacious premises. lots of greenery. there are lovely terraces perfect to rest. i enjoyed an open area with an orange tree.

The suite was large. It was beautifully decorated. Breakfast included different fresh fruits each day. The staff advised us on things to do. They helped us navigate the streets.
The doorman was not always present. I had to wait one night.

terrace pool same room rates
The location was close to the Souks.
The rooftop terrace pool was out of service. I was not informed about this beforehand, and the room rates remained the same. This was disappointing, especially as a pool would have been a nice amenity (I had hoped to relax after a long day).

warm hospitality handmade shower gel fresh juice
The staff showed warm hospitality during my nights count stay. the room had handmade shower gel and shampoo. Such a considerate touch. breakfast was delicious with various cakes pastries and fresh juice.
there was not much light in the room at times. it was still manageable though
