The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to many attractions. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the heating worked well. I also liked that the café stayed open late (very convenient for a late arrival).
I found the carpets at the front desk to be quite dirty. Elevators were slow, and it seemed one was not working. I also noticed a problem with the climate control, and it didn't go below 67 Fahrenheit, made sleeping difficult (especially during the summer).

the location was great and near many attractions though i didn't spend a lot of time outside.
The room service was a letdown. i ordered a simple salad one evening and it took over an hour to arrive. The lettuce was wilted. also, i found the noise from nearby streets a bit intrusive at night. Earplugs are necessary.

The location is superb, close to many attractions. Cafe Riggs provided a wonderful dining experience with excellent service. The team was attentive and ensured I was well looked after.
The check-in felt less special compared to a previous visit. I was promised one drink per day but received a single coupon for wine after I inquired about it.
