some issues overshadowed positives

poor insulationmalfunctioning curtains

I encountered some frustrating issues. the noise insulation was poor. i could clearly hear doors slamming and conversations in neighboring rooms. the malfunctioning electric curtains were also annoying. They got stuck halfway, blocking the view and requiring constant readjustment.

spotty wifistreet noise

i was pretty annoyed with a couple things . the wifi was spotty at best, it really did not work most of the time. plus, the noise level from the street was ridiculous and the walls were thin. i could hear everything, so sleep wasn't easy. and the staff didn't really seem that concerned when i mentioned it. it just felt dismissive.
