poor sound isolationuncomfortable bed

The room i occupied, a standard double room, suffered from poor sound isolation. every footstep from the room above resonated quite loudly? this impacted my ability to rest peacefully . We loved the pool. but the view was amazing! furthermore, i found the bed to be less comfortable than expected, it needs better matress.
