Acceptable, but Room Quality Lacked
uncomfortable bed poor pillows
The hotel is in a good location near the Playhouse.
The room did not meet my expectations compared to other hotels. I have stayed in better rooms. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were not good. The staff did provide extra pillows promptly when requested.

the room was spacious with a comfortable double bed. the breakfast offered a great selection of continental options. the staff prepared takeaway breakfasts for our early departure, a lovely touch.
the hotel location is not very clearly marked.

the location was very convenient for sightseeing, especially its proximity to public transport. the room was perfect, and i liked the complimentary minibar, i was delighted to find it replenished daily.

friendly staff great breakfast
the staff were friendly and accommodating. breakfast was great and the location allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted. i found the room fab.
i did notice noise from the room above. every footstep was quite loud and it was difficult to sleep.

the room was large and very clean. i appreciated the high ceilings in both the room and bathroom. complimentary water and snacks were a great bonus and were replenished daily.

the hotel has a convenient location, close to st andrews square. many restaurants are nearby, with choices. the tram stop in front of the hotel makes airport access simple.

a satisfactory stay
awesome breakfast efficient staff uncomfortable beds poor sound insulation
the breakfast was fantastic. i enjoyed a good selection of continental and hot options. the staff were friendly, courteous and efficient.
i found the beds not very comfortable. the sound insulation was very poor. i could hear every step through the ceiling as my room was under the main entrance.

poor sound isolation uncomfortable bed
The room i occupied, a standard double room, suffered from poor sound isolation. every footstep from the room above resonated quite loudly? this impacted my ability to rest peacefully . We loved the pool. but the view was amazing! furthermore, i found the bed to be less comfortable than expected, it needs better matress.
