the location was very convenient it allowed easy access to various attractions nearby i found the staff to be helpful they were always available to assist and address any concerns the breakfast had great taste it featured a good variety of fresh items.

the gym equipment showed slight signs of wear.

The location was excellent. Everything was nearby.

The room was quite small. The double bed nearly filled the entire space, and there was no closet. The balcony door could only open halfway because of the bed. I was also pressured to give a 10-point rating at checkout. This seemed inappropriate.

ercan bey was very friendly and hospitable to me . i received a room upgrade for free and the views from the 5th floor room were amazing. i found the room clean and stylishly furnished, with comfortable pillows and duvet.

the complimentary spa access had a short duration, and i believe it could be extended.
