The cleanliness really lacked. I noticed old towels and a bathroom that clearly needed some maintenance. there was even a leak. additionally, they messed up the billing for my stay. It took some time to sort out the incorrect charges. this caused unnecessary frustration after my trip.

i appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including shirley and william. they always greeted me with a smile and provided really good service. the housekeeping and wait staff on the 15th floor were also accommodating. i felt comfortable because everyone i met seemed like family (it was a nice feeling).

the room i had was a bit dark because the window was tinted. there wasn't much natural light.

Sensational Stay Near the Beach!

This hotel is only one block from the beach, I loved that! My Executive room was spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The shower head was almost fully blocked initially, so water sprayed everywhere. The hotel fixed the problem quickly, but it wasn't perfect. Water pressure is also on the low side, a minor inconvenience.

the breakfast offered a nice view from the 15th floor restaurant facing copacabana and sugarloaf mountain it was quite good.

the cleanliness left much to be desired the bathroom was not clean upon arrival i reported it to reception instead of apologizing they sent someone to patch it up i eventually requested a different room but it was only slightly better
