the location was acceptable near copacabana beach it was across the road from the hotel
the rooftop area seemed pretty shabby the water in the pool looked uninviting i found the lack of maintenance disappointing. my room had usb sockets but they did not work i reported this to reception but they were not repaired. the room decor felt a little tired it could definitely use an update.

the staff was attentive, and they upgraded our room to a suite with a sea view. the views were fine. the location is great and is nearby to a lot of amenities.
housekeeping sometimes not cleaned the room. i tried very hard to get our room cleaned yesterday, it was what you expect when you stay several nights, a clean bathroom. i found no apology and i was told i was lying.
