Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff perfect location spacious grounds food variety
The staff was so friendly, and the location was perfect, right near the beach. The gardens were spacious with lovely plants. I appreciated the food variety at the restaurant. The lifts also had very little wait times!
The air conditioning could be improved. it did not impact my overall experience.

My room had a balcony. I found the balcony provided a perfect spot to relax. The room was very clean, and the balcony views were very nice!

Waiting staff are very attentive. Staff members were charming! The service was fast and professional with all guests. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I found them very helpful.

This place is close to local bars. A good bakery is also opposite. I could easily walk to the beach. The hotel location is just fantastic.

Excellent stay at this adults-only retreat
ideal location friendly staff cheerful staff
The location on the beach proved ideal and the town center remained within walking distance. I appreciated that this is an adults-only hotel. The staff was consistently friendly. They were helpful and cheerful throughout my stay.
I found the bathroom towels to be somewhat lacking in quality. Replacements would improve the overall experience. They were thin and small. This did not significantly affect my overall stay, though. Better towels would elevate the experience.

The hotel features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. I noticed an abundance of sun loungers available. This provided ample space for relaxation. I observed good variety of bars and restaurants close by.

There is plenty of choice at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. I always found something nice and of good quality. The hotel has two restaurants. One offers buffet-style meals. The other is a spanish-themed restaurant.

The room offered beautiful views of the sea. It overlooked the nearby town. It was a lovely aspect. The room was serviced every day and kept spotlessly clean. The room included tea making facilities and a fridge.

The hotel's location is perfect with direct access to the beach. The promenade into town allows an easy, 10-minute stroll to the Balcon de europa. Lots of bars and restaurants are close by. This made exploring convenient.

yellowed room warm pillows
The facilities seem old. my room's walls looked yellowed. i had a wool blanket with sheets instead of a duvet. This was uncomfortable. the pillows were synthetic. They were also too warm.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
professional service spacious gardens short wait pleasant ambience
The staff was amazing, I noticed their quick and professional service. I will be back! The gardens, pool, and indoor seating areas were really spacious. I appreciated the lifts. I barely waited. I loved the plants that gave a really pleasant ambience.
The air conditioning needs improvement, I wished it was cooler!

easy access delicious pastries super clean bathroom
i so loved the easy access to the beach from the hotel. breakfast had delicious pastries and fresh juice daily. the room featured a double bed and a super clean bathroom, it had ample space for our belongings.
