i really liked the helpful staff. they assisted with directions and local recommendations. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.. everything tasted fresh. my room had a great view of the surrounding area.
i noticed limited seating in the lobby. the wifi signal was sometimes weak in the evenings.. it made streaming difficult.

This hotel offers beautiful rooms. I had a Beautiful Riva Room River View Balcony. The room was well decorated and very comfortable. The pool area was also lovely and very well situated near a pier.
The restaurant service needs more attention. The staff did not approach tables. I found the food served cold. I ordered steak and fries and they were cold. I sent the food back and waited.

Wonderful Riverfront Stay

The location was excellent, right on the river. I found it peaceful and close to many attractions. The breakfast and food at the restaurant was great (especially the pancakes!). I also received a lovely room upgrade.
