adequate but some issues
parking problem impersonal system
parking was indeed a problem. i had to circle the area several times before finding a spot some distance away. also , the self check-in system felt impersonal. i missed the interaction with staff , especially when i had a question about local attractions. the multiple codes were a bit much , it felt overly automated for a relaxing stay.

parking nightmare keypad obsession
I found the parking situation quite annoying. lots of local parking they said, a nightmare it turned out to be. also, i'm not thrilled with the keypad obsession. So many codes just to get into my room. whatever happened to keys, anyway.

lumpy mattress breakfast option
The bed in the room was unsatisfactory as the mattress felt lumpy. This affected sleep quality. A continental breakfast was not an option. I would have preferred toast and pastries rather than a full breakfast, this choice was unavailable.

Excellent stay with lovely river view
river view king bed waffles simple check-in
I appreciated the fine view from the window. The river looked beautiful. The bespoke king bed was super comfortable. Breakfast included a full English option and delicious waffles (especially the waffles!). Checking in was simple. Instructions were easy to follow.
The parking situation proved challenging due to high local demand. It took a little while to find an available space nearby.

charming stay by the river
easy check-in stylish room perfect location helpful staff
I appreciated the ease of self check-in. It was very efficient. the room was lovely and stylish. the location was perfect for exploring. breakfast was a highlight. I especially liked the riverside view. the staff were very helpful, polite, and always available to answer questions.
The electronic admission process involved too many codes. I missed the simplicity of a traditional key.
