Staff changed our room quickly when we didn't get what we booked initially. That was acceptable.
I found the shower floor did not close properly plus the shower rail felt loose. I expect better maintenance of fixtures.

The room had comfortable beds with soft pillows! The restaurant's evening meals were reasonably priced, and the breakfast was delicious! The staff members were attentive. The location was quite handy for visiting the aquaduct.
I noticed the cleanliness wasn't really good. It seemed like the cleaning wasn't done as thoroughly as expected? There was a spider in the shower, too.

the cleanliness was not great. i found a spider doing its business in the shower. also, i had to ask for more toilet paper. the tv decided to quit, and they didn't move me to another room. there weren't a radio available either.

The location was alright. It served its purpose.
The noise from outside was a real issue, especially with those old sash windows. I struggled to sleep. breakfast orders were consistently wrong. It reminded me of the staff weren't really paying attention. our room service was also poor. I had higher expectations.

the room was clean and well-equipped, acceptable.
I was pretty frustrated. I booked a ground floor premium room, i needed it for disabled access, but it wasn't available. instead, i got a room on the second floor, accessible only by stairs, it was not ideal. also, the bathroom had an hot towel rail, it made the room like a sauna.
