Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff displayed really good friendliness and helpfulness. Their service was amazing. I appreciated the unlimited coffee/espresso/latte and cappuccino machine. It worked great 24 hours. The room was clean, and parking was easy after driving from out of town. The hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions.
The room lacked a fridge. This was slightly inconvenient for storing drinks.

The hotel's location is VERY convenient, particularly its proximity to the river walk and numerous excellent buildings. I enjoyed the fact that EVERYTHING I needed was close by, and it enhanced my stay. It was AMAZING!!!

The size of the room was good, it offered a comfortable and spacious setup for the duration of my stay. The room had VERY comfortable bedding and linens. I also liked the pillows that were available for my use.

the location was perfect it was close to many cta stations and major tourist attractions. the staff provided an umbrella for us during rain that helped walk from the garage. the views made it even better i was able to walk across the street to the river walk. free coffee was available.
the temperature in my room would not go below 75 degrees it made the room uncomfortable.

the hotel enjoys a convenient location near the river walk it allows for easy access to scenic strolls and various attractions. many restaurants are within walking distance providing diverse dining options for all tastes. public transportation is also easily accessible from the hotel.

a riverfront dream
prime locationeasy self-check-incomplimentary water
the location was unbeatable, close to the riverwalk and easy to get to many city attractions. self-check-in was easy (a concierge helped guide me) even arriving late. complimentary water bottles were available on my floor, a thoughtful touch for weary travelers.

the hotel is near the main river running through the city and also situated centrally for easy access to shops and dining. the blue line from the airport is about a ten-minute walk to the hotel, convenient for travelers.

The staff checking me in was helpful. The room was very clean. There was enough space for my belongings.
My room temperature would not go under 75. The front desk said they would reach the engineer. An employee brought a fan, this couldn't cool down the room.
