I found the bathroom to be quite small. It featured separate hot and cold water taps, a design i thought obsolete decades ago. The breakfast selection was also a letdown with a limited range of pastries and only a few cooked items on one day

the staff were consistently attentive, offering assistance and responding quickly to requests. i was pleased to find ample free parking available on the premises. my room was upgraded thanks to my rewards membership, a definite plus. i found the bar and restaurant convenient with plenty of options.
the room i stayed in seemed a little worn, with some paint flaking from the corner of the ceiling.

I found a couple of issues . the wifi didn't work, and it seemed like no one knew how to fix it. also, the heating system was strange. The room was either too hot or too cold. i found the heating inadequate.

the room was nice and neat, and the location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the staff were lovely (especially sarah) and very helpful with all requests.
The sound insulation between rooms was poor. I could easily hear noise from the adjacent room. it disturbed my sleep a little.
